Comment period begins for EPR

As part of the Transit Project Assessment Process, the City of London has issued a Notice of Completion for BRT, which opens up a comment period for the Environmental Project Report.

The Environmental Project Report (EPR) outlines the BRT project, identifies potential impacts and lists plans to address them.  To view the complete EPR click here.

Starting March 28, 2019, members of the public have 30 days to review and comment on the EPR and/or make objections on matters that are significant to the Province.

Following that, the Minister of Environment, Conservation and Parks will have 35 days to make a decision, with the Environmental Assessment scheduled to wrap up in June.

For more information on how to make a written objection, please Download the PDF to read the Notice of Completion.

It’s important to note that these steps do not bind future decisions of Council, but provide a foundation to move forward on any or all elements of the project, subject to Council direction and funding.

Consultation with Londoners has been vital to the project. Find out more about how feedback from local residents, business owners and stakeholders shaped BRT.
